Meanwhile, if your skin is somewhat sensitive, you should use the system every other night for the first 7 nights, discontinue use during the second week, and use 1-2 times a week as part of your ongoing regimen. If you should experience any irritation or discomfort, use the system less frequently until you find the regimen that is right for you.
